SHIPPING, TRACKING & MISSING PACKAGE POLICY
Typically an order gets shipped same day or within 24 business hours. Xpresspost orders need to be placed before 2pm to be shipped same day. FREE SHIPPING applies to orders where the sub total after use of coupons is above $100. Free Shipping is sent by Expedited Parcel or Registered Post.
Please allow 1 business day for order processing. Shipments are only picked up Monday to Friday at 4pm. Xpresspost orders need to be placed before 2pm to ensure they are picked up by Canada Post on the same day of order and received in the mentioned time frame.
The transit times from Canada Post are estimated business days for package transit after dispatch. If there is a delay for some reason in dispatching the product, we will inform you via email or phone. We are not responsible for Canada Post respecting their advertised delivery times.
- If paying by credit card, please note that different shipping and billing address may delay your order due to additional verification requirements!
- If ordering for yourself, we suggest you request shipping to only addresses registered with your credit card, or to a Post Office near your residence or work. Valid government ID will be required for pick up. Please mention “Canada Post” in the company field when requesting shipping with this option.
- If sending a gift, kindly call the phone number on the back of your credit card to ensure that your desired shipping address is part of your credit card profile. Typically, there is little wait time or they give you option to call you back if wait time is longer than a few minutes. This will avoid a delay in the processing of your order. SHIPPING & MISSING PACKAGE POLICY
Shipment lost in transit or Damaged: Once an item leaves our warehouse facility and a tracking number is provided, the package becomes responsibility of the carrier. Delays or delivery errors by Courier company like Canada Post is completely out of our control. And for your protection, we provide automatic insurance of up to $100 when you request trackable shipping.
Before we can create a investigation ticket with Canada Post, you must confirm that your package is not with your concierge, a family member or in your mailbox.
We will also need in writing that you have not received the product and would like for us to create an investigation ticket.
After an investigation ticket is opened with Canada Post, a copy will be sent to you.
They will require confirmation from you of the whole purchase.
Unfortunately, we must wait till Canada Post confirms that the package has been lost before we can process a credit or re-send the products to you. Else, they will find your package during their trace in a nearby post office and items will be delivered to you at the earliest.
Regular Post (no tracking)
If you paid for a non-trackable service, such as “Regular Post”, “Small Packet International Air” or “International Parcel Surface”, among others, items will be shipped at your risk. We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages/product sent via the non-trackable service you requested.

PRODUCT WARRANTY, RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We offer up to 15 days for batteries, devices, mods & chargers from Kangertech, Aspire, Innokin, Eleaf and others. This warranty is subject to the warranty conditions set forth here on.
This Warranty does not apply:
(a) to cosmetic damage, (b) to damage caused by use with products other than those purchased from Vaper Town; (c) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, or other external cause; (d) to damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of Vaper Town; (e) to a product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; (f) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product;
Disposables, Atomizer Tanks & Coils: Due to the consumable nature and limited life expectancy of disposables, atomizer tanks, atomizer coils and cartomizers, we offer a dead on arrival (DOA) warranty, if they do not work out of the box we will replace them free of charge if you notify us within 48 hours of purchasing the product in-store or upon receiving shipment. You may be asked to return the defective units for confirmation and for testing the unit to find root causes.
Batteries and Chargers:
Our warranty policy only covers defects that arise through a normal use of the product and does not cover other issues that are a result of (i) improper maintenance or modification; (ii) use with parts or supplies not provided or supported by Vaper Town; (iii) operation outside the product’s specifications; (iv) physical abuse or unauthorized modification or misuse; (v) electrical short circuits due to not keeping the thread connectors on atomizers, cartomizers, chargers and battery clean and dry; or (vi) Battery failure due to leaking of liquid to the thread is not covered under Vaper Town’s warranty.
E-liquids are not covered under any warranty due to its consumable nature. If you find that the juice tastes different from a previous batch, we can guarantee that our formulas do not change but here are some known reasons for the change of taste (i) if the manufacturing date falls close to current date, the juice may require more steeping. Please shake well and leave in dark area for a few days. (ii) If you left the e-juice in hot area or in direct sunlight, the heat may have affected the taste of e-liquid, especially if it contained nicotine, (iii) If you changed your tank type, atomizer resistance or battery voltage it may be causing reduction or increase in nicotine dosage per puff, or under/over heating the juice to change the flavour. Check the suggested voltage range for your atomizer resistance and try at the lower end of that voltage range.
Accessories and Apparel:
There is no warranty on any accessories and apparels.
Products on Sale:
Any products that are on final sale, in clearance section or in bargain bin will not be covered under products warranty.
Products that are discontinued are no longer supported through our warranty replacement policy effective the time of discontinuance.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Returns are only permissible in case of defective merchandise out of the box. A claim must be created within 48 hours of purchase in-store or upon delivery of your products. A store credit will be provided after assessment of product We provide a prepaid Canada Post return label to send your defective product back to us. After assessing the returned product by our technical department, we will provide you with the store credit back to your account as Rewards Points, rebate the total amount credited from your next purchase or in some cases, a refund amount total. Refund will only be provided on a per-case basis for defective products and not on additional products. Shipping costs will only be refunded if all products in the order are defective and are under warranty.

EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT
VaperTown provides online store credit for any exchange requests where the products in question are brand-new, unopened and not damaged. A request must be initiated within 48hrs of purchase/receipt of products and approved by customer service before being returned to us. You will be required to ensure delivery to us and associated costs are your responsibility. There is a 10% restocking fee and no refund of shipping fee, if paid. The remaining amount for the product in question will be provided to you in form of store credit (or in the format of Rewards Points) in the currency you paid in. You will be eligible to use the store credit immediately from issuance date in any VaperTown owned store or website for up to 1 year.
TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN OR CREDIT:
Bring back the product at one of our stores to fill up the RETURN/EXCHANGE form or email our customer service at email@example.com to initiate the process along with description of your issue, order number or receipt which clearly display the products in question and the date. If you purchased products from a reseller, you must make this request to them directly.
- The support team will create a RMA number and send you a shipping label if you are eligible for it based on policy described above.
- Ship the product back to the sender address.
Please make sure to display your (#RMA) the outside of the package. This return ID was provided to you in your email confirmation at the time you submitted your online return request. Please make sure you check your spam folder if you do not get the email confirmation for return.
We test all returned products to ensure the failure was due to a manufacturer defect and not miss-use of the product. Once we determine the failure is due to a manufacturer defect, we will send out the replacement product. Please note that used products WILL NOT be refunded.
Refunds typically take up to 72 working hours to process after the refund has been initiated and another 5 business days from receipt of your items. Wholesale customers must see refund and exchange terms outlined in the wholesale package initially sent to you.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
